The Groom met Jeremy when they both lived in Chicago roughly ten years ago. Jeremy was the bartender and Randall a regular. Both left Chicago for Sacramento within six months of each other without the other knowing. One day after work, Randall wandered into The Grand and found Jeremy behind the bar. Immediately they both did one of those, “You!” moments. Ever since, Jeremy has been a generous reminder of the greatness that comes out of the Midwest.

On weekends, the Groom will bring Malort to Jeremy while he works the bar during brunch. They will scream incoherently about the Bears, Packers and the beauty of Chicago while the Bride drinks mimosas.

Jeremy and his wife Shelly, continue to be wonderful humans in the Groom (and Bride’s) lives. Coming over to attend parties and any double dates whenever they all have time. So glad Jeremy moved to Sacramento and is in the Groom’s life.
